The Send Emails screen allows PSL Admins to send emails to GuildLink users.
Email Details
Set the email details here. You cannot send emails with a subject and an email body.
You can apply formatting as with other parts of the system.
Email Members
Choose to send emails to all members. This is EVERYONE so be careful.
Email Sites
Send emails to the Site admin for each site.
If someone is site admin for more than one site they will get more than one email

Send yourself a test email to check the format of the email |

Send emails to just the items that you have ticked |

Send emails to everyone you can see in the grid. If you have filtered the data then it will email just those results. |
Filter the data
You can apply filters like any other grid in GuildLink.
Example
If you want email all members who have not logged in since last year you could set the Last Login Date to "Is Less than" 01/01/2015 and then email the Filtered results. You might be reminding people to check their SOPs for example.
